I love Real Estate and I love serving my clients! My favorite part of real estate is the story behind the transaction - your why. I genuinely care about you, your story, your lifestyle and your hopes and dreams. I offer gentle guidance and insight, based on my experiences and expertise, but I will never push or pressure you. I strive to help you discover what’s right for you. It is my hope that our relationship lasts beyond the transaction, and that I continue to be your Real Estate expert for years to come. 

Experience

I took my first real estate class in 2007 and made my first investment in 2008. That’s when I got the real estate bug, and I have been involved ever since. That year, I started working for a Real Estate Developer in NYC and got my Real Estate license in 2008. That was a tough year to be a new agent! …Fast forward to 2019, two successful start up businesses later, and I got my Real Estate license again. I’ve sold over 100 properties since 2019 and over 50 million dollars of real estate in Jefferson County, so you could say I know a thing or two about what it takes for a successful sale.

My goal is to make buying or selling your home hassle-free and financially rewarding. After all, it is one of the most important personal and financial decisions you will ever make. I promise quick, clear communication throughout our work together. I will personally walk you through each and every step of the process with understanding and professionalism. Selling: I am deeply invested in you getting the highest return on your property. I establish its value by putting together a comprehensive market analysis, which includes statistics on neighboring competition, previously sold homes, and current market conditions. I offer a substantial marketing plan that includes professional photography, as-needed home staging, postcards, social media, and a personalized website created specifically for your property. I research and work with current market trends and utilize my extensive negotiation skills to ensure your property gets sold with the best terms and price.

Buying: Whether you are buying your first home, needing a larger home, downsizing or looking for an investment property, I work hard to find you the perfect match. I offer customized searches and am continuously networking with customers and colleagues to ensure my clients have first opportunity with homes just entering the market. I research neighborhood and market trends and negotiate for the terms and price that work best for you and your needs.

Education

I am passionate about continuously educating myself to improve my knowledge and skills. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), completing extensive negotiation training. CRS agents have more experience and training than the average REALTOR®, and we are part of a community of REALTORS® dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere. I am also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). The CLHMS designation means I have documented performance in the Top 10% of our residential market and have demonstrated my expertise in the luxury home and estate market. I have comprehensive training in drafting and navigating the 100+ forms that brokers need to know - and are legally responsible for! I bring this knowledge and experience to every transaction.
